Hi, let me introduce myself. My name is Janelle Trujillo, and I am a health habit coach.
I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. In that time, my coaching has included teaching fitness classes, personal training, post-rehab training, fitness competitions, nutrition coaching, and now habit coaching.
So why Habit Coaching?
Because what I have learned in the last 20 years is this.

To do this, I utilize the knowledge from my bachelor's in kinesiology, certifications in personal training, nutrition coaching, and health coaching, as well as my 20 years of experience.
