Coming from a small village named Sateli Bhedshi, Sindhudurg in Maharashtra to moving to Pune in search of greater opportunities, Anand Parab had never imagined he would get landed with a company known for its strong work ethics and transparency across niches and most prominently known as the top event management company in the city.
Getting the chance to work with the Pride Group changed Anand Parab’s life entirely, where today, he has stunned people as a Process Head. Through his journey, he worked around his mindset and learned how a positive mental fortitude could change people’s lives for the better and give them the courage to do much more in their lives.
The youngster began his journey with Pride Group as an Executive, then he evolved into a Team Leader and finally became the Process Head. He attributes a major portion of his success to the continuous support he has received so far in his career from the company’s CEO and MD, who trusted him and his talents for taking the company to newer success levels.
Anand Parab also calls himself a motivational speaker. He is the same guy who, in his growing up years, was not a people’s person, but having worked in the industry and becoming his better version as an individual motivated him to become the professional, he is today, capable of impacting the lives of others as well.
